McLoughlin Hall Double – $3,872 per quarter / $11,617 per year
4-person suite with 2 shared rooms & 2 shared baths with a common living space
McLoughlin Hall Single – $4,808 per quarter / $14,423 per year
4-person suite with 4 single rooms & 2 shared baths with a common living space
McLoughlin Hall Super Single – $5,288 per quarter / $15,864 per year
2-person suite with 2 single rooms and 2 baths with a common living space
McLoughlin Hall Studio Single – $5,395 per quarter / $16,184 per year
1-person suite with private bathroom
Madrone Apartment Single – $5,024 per quarter / $15,071 per year
4 single rooms with 2 shared baths with a common living and kitchen space
All rooms come furnished and include utilities (water, sewer, heat, air conditioning, electricity, wired and wireless internet, cable, and movie streaming website).
Meal Rates
First-Year Required Meal Plans/ Available for All Students:
Red Plan- 19 meals per week, $100 Raider Cash, 5 guest meals. Cost: $2,184 per term/ $6,552 per year.
(S) Plan – 14 meals per week, $150 Raider Cash, 5 guest meals. Cost: $1,846 per term/ $5,538 per year.
Available for returning & transfer students:
Rocky Plan – 10 meals per week, $100 Raider Cash
Cost: $1,456 per quarter / $4,368 per year for the above meal plan
Available for students living in the Madrone Apartments:
Raider Cash Plan – $940 Raider Cash per quarter
Cost – $900 per quarter / $2,700 per year for the above meal plans
Hawk Plan – 5 meals per week, $400 Raider Cash, 5 guest meals
Cost – $1,020 per quarter / $3,060 per year for the above meal plans
Remember, all first-year students, within one year of high school graduation, must have either the Red or S plan.
All students living in the Residence Halls must have a meal plan. Madrone Apartment plans are only available for the Madrone Apartment residents.
