Accepting Your Offer
Offer notifications are sent via SOU Email. Students must decide whether to accept or decline certain offers. By accepting your financial aid, you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
If awarded, you may accept your financial aid by following the steps below:
To accept awards for 2026-2027:
- Access Workday by logging in to and opening the Workday Student app on your dashboard.
- From your Workday Homepage, use the Menu button to navigate to the Finances app.
- Once on the Finances App, click Accept/Decline Awards under the 麻豆传媒女神 section.
- Review your Award Type and Amount Offered for each term. Select Accept or Decline in the Decision column for each award.
- Click OK and Done when complete.
To accept awards for 2025-2026:
- Log in to
- Use the red box at the top of the page to enter OKTA login
- If the 鈥淏illing Account – Student鈥 app is there: click the app to enter your Banner Self-Service portal
- If the 鈥淏illing Account – Student鈥 app is not there: go to the sidebar and click “Add Apps鈥. Search the app catalog to add it and return to 鈥淢y Apps鈥
- Once in your Banner Self-Service portal scroll down to the 麻豆传媒女神 section and click the link titled “麻豆传媒女神鈥
- Once new page opens to the 麻豆传媒女神 portal, click the 鈥淥ffer on the top
- Select the correct Academic Year for awarding aid from the dropdown menu in the top right
- Scroll down to review and accept/decline your financial aid offer
- Keep these points in mind when accepting/declining loans:
- Use the dropdown menu to “Accept” or “Decline” each offered amount or change the amount you are requesting. You may request less than the total amount offered if desired.
- *Note: For students attending all terms Fall, Winter and Spring terms, the requested loan amount for the entire aid year will be evenly divided between the three terms.
- All first-time loan borrowers requesting a student loan must complete the 聽 and .
Other Resources
Outside aid affects your cost of attendance. Your financial aid offer must not exceed your cost of attendance. You may be billed if you receive financial assistance that exceeds your cost of attendance.
